JOIN THE ROSTER.
We're primarily looking for VTuber streamers — vocalists, dancers, MCs and variety talent are also welcome, but our core focus is VTubers. Full audiovisual production, management and monetization. Applications reviewed manually within 14 days.
Main requirements
18 years or older
Legal requirement. Every talent must be an adult at time of application.
All nationalities and genders
It doesn't matter where you come from or how you identify. We look for talent, not labels.
Clear goals
You should have a defined vision of your career as a VTuber and digital idol.
Valued skills
*Meeting any of these adds points, but you can apply even without any.
Previous experience as a streamer or content creator.
Languages: native Japanese, or native / professional English or Spanish.
Experience as vocalist, voice actor/actress, dancer, musician or performer.
Exceptional skills that add value to your streaming career.
Other requirements
Ability to keep a consistent streaming schedule.
Not currently affiliated with another agency. If you are, being able to end that contract under your responsibility if you pass casting.
Accept the rules and policies of the VTLIFE CO audition process.
Minimum gear: decent microphone and stable connection. Own unique VT model (you must own the rights to your own model).
Audition process
Application review
Our A&R team reviews your bio, portfolio and demo reel. Reply in 7–14 days.
Interviews and tests
Video call with management, voice/performance test, and live dynamics test.
Result and onboarding
If selected, we move on to adding your lore and character on the platform, payment talks, debut calendar and more.
